Always Have a Backup Plan: Our Generator

Surdex has several contingency measures in place to ensure we can produce and deliver data to our clients on schedule. Our diesel-powered backup generator, which we installed in 2016, is an important part of our contingency plan. This generator is capable of sustaining all production operations if the power goes out. Because it is diesel-powered, we can re-fuel and continue working indefinitely. Extended power loss is very uncommon, but the generator also saves loss of work when minor power surges occur.
