Announcement from the President
To our friend, partners, and colleagues:
On Tuesday morning, September 28, 2021, we received a call that no one in my position ever expects to receive. Three of our dear employees were lost after one of our company aircraft encountered an irrecoverable emergency.
In a gesture of dignity and respect to our employees, we offered some downtime for those needing time to grieve and heal. As we return to full flight operations, we will continue our work with heavy hearts but no less dedication to safety and service for the industries that rely upon us.
A thorough investigation is underway, and numerous organizations are participating, as are we. Ultimately the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) will uncover the probable causation, and until such time, the NTSB is the only organization authorized to release information. We continue to stay focused on supporting each other, and with substantial resources and specially trained personnel, assisting the families of our three employees.
We wish to sincerely thank all of you who have expressed compassion and warm thoughts during this time. Please keep the families in your thoughts this week as they contend with the loss of their loved ones. It is very much appreciated and makes a positive difference to us all.
