Daily Planning Meetings

Mapping projects have many moving parts, and our success is dependent upon every department working together at optimal efficiency. During the acquisition and production phases of our projects, careful tracking and collaboration is needed to ensure our clients receive their products on schedule. At our office, we have two major daily meetings for production personnel to address these needs—a daily operations meeting in the morning for all production leaders and an afternoon flight meeting for all image acquisition leaders. These meetings foster continuous communication among our different departments, helping everyone understand all tasks, specifications, deliverables and schedules.
